The ber tree honey supplied this time was not of good quality as before. The honey has a sharp, pungent flavour with some traces of synthetic sweetness or so. There certainly is potential quality issues. A thorough review of this batch is necessary to address these concerns. It was a surprise for me as the earlier supply has been superb.
Hello sir, I would request you to please contact on 8652167872 if you want to replace this.
There might be more moisture in honey, we don't mix sugar or syrup, we always have more stock of honey available at warehouse compared to the orders we get.
Eucalyptus Tree Honey is frozen into solid and tastes like some suger syrup (unopened jar), other types are not frozen but must some adulteration is there, expecting response and refund from scrolling bees, broken my trust
Hello sir, because we don't heat honey, it crystalizes in winter - MNC companies heat honey to very high temperatures which reduces the moisture, and honey doesn't crystalize - but this deteriorates the quality of honey because essential nutrition is also reduced by heating. They heat the honey to prevent it from fermentation. MNC companies procure honey from many beekeepers and they buy honey with high moisture levels.
As we make our own honey - we try to keep moisture under control so that we don't have to worry about fermentation.
Honey from natural tree hives also doesn't crystalise also because it has very little moisture naturally.
when we do beekeeping we can't able to reach the moisture level like a tree hive, that is the only difference between our product and natural tree hive honey (moisture level), other than this the product quality is almost identical
