The received product was totally in frozen state. No proper assistance to resolve the issue. If you ask them they respond by stating that it depends that from where bee has collected the honey. Was asjed to keep the honey in daylight, which did not helped. However it should not be a case that to use the product you have to keep in daylight everytime. This was the worst experience ever. Have been buying the honey from them since more than 2 years yet they treat you as if it is not their responsibility. Last year also had received a product with similar issue which they replaced after a lot of struggle, stating that there was a issue with the particular batch products. But this time they totally denied to properly listen also the issue.p⁰
